30-Day Returns – No Stress, No Worries
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✔️ Unworn or unused
✔️ In its original condition, with tags attached
✔️ Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, simply email us at support@jetelikids.com. We’ll guide you through the process and send you a return shipping label with instructions on how to send your package back.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item? We’ll Fix It!
We take great care in packing your orders, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please reach out to us immediately. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
What Can’t Be Returned?
We’re happy to accept most returns, but unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Need an Exchange?
If you’d like to swap for a different size or design, the fastest way is to return your item. Once we receive it, we’ll send out your replacement right away!
Shopping from the EU? You Have 14 Days to Change Your Mind!
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel or return your order—no explanation needed. The item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds – Quick & Easy!
Once we receive your return and confirm everything checks out, we’ll process your refund right away. Expect to see it back in your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@jetelikids.com.
